JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Alter Domus is currently seeking a Business Analyst/Technical Project Manager to join our global workflow centre of excellence, focusing on Pega Systems as the underlying workflow engine.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Run multiple projects of varying complexity and size simultaneously, this entails:
    • Work with Business Operations teams and Process Owners to identify opportunities to improve the current business process workflows to add value to both the Client and the Business Operations Teams
    • Document business requirements and system requirements in ADO
    • Work with the Lead BA/PM to get opportunities prioritized and planned into the Product Roadmap
    • Responsible for all aspects of business analysis and project management in the delivery of your projects
    • Responsible for the production of regular high-quality updates for your stakeholders  
    • Active participation in the 'Amigo' requirements refinement sessions
    • Provide subject matter support during Build and Test
    • Undertake UAT for your projects/changes
    • Provide support to the business teams following deployment to Production
    • Support the Change Management team by attending workshops or Client demos

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Business Analyst who can demonstrate at least 3 years’ experience of working on high pressured Finance projects and articulate the value they added  
  • Proven capability of working both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
  • Previous experience of building strong stakeholder relationships
  • Previous experience of delivering process engineering/efficiency projects
  • Previous experience of acting as a liaison or interface between business users and technology team
  • Be able to work with ambiguity and a minimal brief
  • Be confident and able to take the initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate
  • Excellent track-record of solving complex problems with focus and determination
  • Be able to proactively drive results over the line and in a pragmatic way when needed
  • Be able to understand complex technical concepts
  • Through understanding and experience of following SDLC processes
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive learning style, highly inquisitive and curious attitude
  • Experience in delivering projects in Pega advantageous
  • Experience with Azure DevOps advantageous
  • Understanding of automation and related productivity tools
