Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity governance and administration, with expertise in developing and deploying SailPoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard applications to SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) with proper requirements, design, and release documentation.
  • Lead upgrades of SailPoint IdentityIQ from version 8.1p2 to 8.4p1, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime.
  • Onboard multiple applications using various connector types (SCIM, Webservices, JDBC) to enhance integration capabilities.
  • Design and implement custom tasks to aggregate single accounts from target systems using nativeID, addressing gaps in SailPoint data coverage.
  • Develop and maintain custom rules, workflows, and scripts to support daily IAM operations.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, actively supporting cross-functional collaboration.
  • Participate in code reviews and peer mentoring, ensuring best practices in rule development and connector configuration.
  • Configure and maintain Identity Cubes, Application Objects, and Entitlement Catalogs to support scalable identity governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define access certification campaigns and implement periodic reviews.
  • Lead UAT and production deployments, including rollback planning and post-deployment validation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in software development, focusing on identity management solutions.
  • Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ, including configuration and customization.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, J2EE, C, C++, and .NET.
  • Familiarity with databases including MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications in SailPoint or identity management are a plus.
