Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated SailPoint professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing operational support for SailPoint Identity Management solutions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for SailPoint Identity Management solutions, addressing user inquiries and issues.
• Monitor and manage incidents and service requests related to SailPoint, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to identity governance and administration.
• Assist in the onboarding of new applications and users into the SailPoint environment.
• Conduct regular system health checks and performance monitoring to ensure optimal operation of SailPoint solutions.
• Document and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides, and process documentation for support procedures.
• Participate in root cause analysis for recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on SailPoint functionalities and best practices.
• Assist in the implementation of updates and patches to SailPoint systems as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on identity management solutions, preferably SailPoint.
• Strong understanding of SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ functionalities and workflows.
• Familiarity with identity governance concepts and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
• Relevant certifications in SailPoint or identity management are a plus.
