Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IAM and CIAM Analyst to join our Cybersecurity team. This role will be responsible for providing Business-As-Usual (BAU) support for our Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions, ensuring secure and efficient identity governance across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Identity and Access Management
- Provide day-to-day operational support for IAM solutions, with primary focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow
- Manage user lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications
- Perform access certifications and attestation campaigns
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests
Customer Identity and Access Management
- Administer and support CIAM platforms including Okta and Auth0
- Configure authentication policies, MFA settings, and SSO integrations
- Monitor CIAM platform performance and user authentication flows
- Operational Support
- Respond to and resolve BAU support tickets within defined SLAs
- Collaborate with application teams to onboard new applications into IAM/CIAM platforms
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and procedures
- Participate in change management processes and coordinate deployments
- Provide user support and training on IAM/CIAM processes
Security and Compliance
- Conduct periodic access reviews and ensure compliance with security policies
- Support internal and external audits for identity governance
- Monitor system logs and security events for anomalies
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 6+ years of overall IT experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with IAM and CIAM platforms
- Proven experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow)
- Demonstrated expertise with Okta and Auth0 platforms
- Experience in providing BAU support in enterprise environment
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management processes
- Hands-on experience with Okta administration (user management, MFA, SSO, policies)
- Practical knowledge of Auth0 implementation and configuration
- Understanding of identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP
- Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and policy-based access control
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and directory services
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer, Okta Certified Professional, or similar
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
