Key Skilset:

 

• 4 to 6 years of experience in AML/KYC, Financial Crime Compliance, or Client Lifecycle Management within Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations and compliance requirements, including Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and Sanctions Screening.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities, including client onboarding, periodic reviews, remediation, and maintenance.
• Good working knowledge of Financial Institution (FI) KYC requirements and the review of corporate and institutional client documentation.
• Experience conducting KYC risk assessments, identifying documentation gaps, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in Fenergo (preferred) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to make risk-based decisions.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience coordinating with Compliance, Operations, Front Office, and clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet quality and turnaround time expectations.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting global AML/KYC onboarding and periodic review processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to Financial Institutions and Corporate Banking clients.
• Track record of driving process improvements and maintaining high-quality compliance standards.
