  • Design and populate reports and dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates on team progress and release status using internal project management tools
  • Develop and deliver internal training materials to support product adoption

Performance Management

  • Establish and track KPIs related to project milestones and product deliverables
  • Monitor and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement

Your profile:

Experience & Industry Knowledge

  • 5+ years of experience in the alternatives industry, ideally in a data-oriented role such as operations, business analysis, or product analytics (adjust years as needed)
  • Hands-on experience working with software platforms and solid understanding of technical concepts including cloud environments, APIs, and data pipelines
  • Proven track record of interfacing with both internal and external customers/stakeholders

Technical Proficiency

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentation development

  • Detail-oriented team player who thrives in collaborative environments
