As a Business Analyst in the Workflow and Automation team, you will be the bridge between complex business operations and our advanced technical delivery. You won’t just be documenting requirements; you will be architecting the future of our operations by identifying opportunities for Agentic AIAutomation and Intelligent Workflow Orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discovery & Solution Design: Facilitate workshops with business leads (e.g., Client Delivery, Fund Admin) to map "As-Is" processes and design "To-Be" automated workflows.
  • Agentic Solution Strategy: Identify use cases for Agentic AI (autonomous agents) where systems can move beyond static rules to reason, use tools, and handle complex exceptions.
  • Requirement Engineering: Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and technical flowcharts for developers.
  • Automation Roadmap: Prioritize a backlog of automation opportunities based on ROI, risk mitigation, and impact on client service levels.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between "The Business" and "The Devs," ensuring that automated solutions solve real-world operational bottlenecks.
  • UAT & Implementation: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for automated solutions, ensuring the "Bot" or "Agent" performs accurately and handles edge cases
  • Good working knowledge of JIRA

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Experience: 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to Automation or Digital Transformation projects.
  • Workflow Expertise: Deep understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Jira Service Management, n8n and Anthropic tool chain).
  • Automation Knowledge: Proven track record in projects involving Low-Code automation platforms.
  • Agentic AI Literacy: A strong conceptual understanding of Agentic AI—knowing how LLM-based agents differ from traditional automation and how they can be applied to unstructured data tasks.
  • Data Savvy: Ability to understand how data flows between disparate systems via APIs.
  • Financial Services Context: Experience in Fund Administration, Debt Capital Markets, or Private Equity is highly desirable.

Behavioral Traits (The "AD" Way)

  • Succeed at Speed: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly when business priorities shift.
  • Take Charge Together: You are a collaborative leader who breaks down silos and shares accountability for project success.
  • Adapt with Authority: You make decisions based on data and insight, not just assumptions.
