Reporting to the Head of Organizational Effectiveness, The Academy Senior Manager will lead the oversight, planning and execution of the knowledge transfer (KT) process associated with the evolution of Alter Domus Ops model. This role will be responsible for driving collaboration, ensuring the alignment of KT initiatives with organizational goals, and supporting seamless knowledge sharing across teams.

 

This leader will be instrumental in shaping and driving the Alter Domus Academy to become a leading platform for employee development across the Ops Function. This role is critical for ensuring that Alter Domus employees are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and behaviors required to meet business objectives and fulfill their career aspirations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Define, oversee, and ensure the execution of the end-to-end KT plan to enable the evolution of AD Ops model.
  • Facilitate the role and career mapping process, ensuring alignment with stakeholder inputs.
  • Oversee the development and review of documentation frameworks to identify gaps and improve the KT process.
  • Provide oversight for the design and delivery of all training required to enable a seamless transfer of knowledge. This includes the design and delivery of a time-bounded, repeatable, efficient and engaging onboarding program.
  • Ensure the creation of streamlined learner journeys tailored to specific roles and career paths to drive career development and management.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure KT effectiveness and refine learning interventions / solutions as needed.
  • Lead, manage and coach the Ops Academy Team consisting of two L&D Managers, ensuring focus and delivery of all Knowledge Transfer related activities.
  • Build, coordinate and develop a community to SMEs to create, curate and deploy training content.
  • Drive the integration of digital learning solutions, AI, and automation to create innovative, engaging, and scalable learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of our workforce.
  • Validate training materials with SMEs and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor and report KT progress to stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Lead reviews with stakeholders to evaluate KT effectiveness and address feedback.

 

Profile:

  • In-depth knowledge of learning design and delivery deployed at large scale and in a fast-moving environment.
  • In-depth knowledge and bias for learning technology – able to create impactful learning solutions enabled by technology.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to deal multiple priorities.
  • Effective communicator with experience in stakeholder collaboration.
  • Familiarity with knowledge transfer frameworks and best practices.
  • Track record of leading and developing successful L&D teams.
  • Strong collaboration and teamworking skills
