JOB DESCRIPTION:

Within this role, you will have the full responsibility for a varied portfolio containing a mix of regulated and unregulated real estate and corporate entities including funds, trusts and companies, and will act as one of the main liaison and points of contact for all matters relating to the client;

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

 

  • Liaising with clients, counterparties and advisers in respect of new and existing transactions, including coordination of all on-boarding and execution processes;

 

  • Organising, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs);

 

  • Ensuring the continuing good standing of client entities in accordance with Irish law and their contractual obligations;

 

  • Acting as a director on client entities;

 

  • Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders;

 

  • Contributing to meeting discussions as and when required, and advising members of the legal, governance, accounting and tax implications of proposed policies;

 

  • Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action;

 

  • Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors;

 

  • Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably from a corporate services provider, major law firm or big four accounting firm;

 

  • You have strong exposure to financial services, preferably structured finance, aircraft leasing and/or alternative investments;

 

  • A relevant professional qualification will be highly regarded (ICSA, Solicitor, ACCA/ACA etc)

 

  • You adopt a flexible and hands-on approach;

 

  • You are highly organised with an eye for detail;

 

  • You have the ability to prioritise and to handle multiple projects simultaneously is essential;

 

  • You are a team player, but equally able to work independently;

 

  • You possess good communication skills and you are able to deal with people at all levels.
