Senior Manager - Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management

Leading a dedicated Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) expert team, you will be responsible for the delivery of a first-class onboarding & on-going experience for our Alter Domus clients.  

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As Senior Manager of our EMEA Client Onboarding and Ongoing Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities, you will be responsible to onboard new clients prior to handoff to the Client Service teams. Your team will also provide services in support of on-going client life cycle management, including assistance to the Compliance function in their role to ensure Client KYC files remain current.

 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the management of Onboarding & CLM teams across Europe (Cork, Ireland & Vilnius, Lithuania); process optimisation to drive efficiencies; scaling of clients serviced within the onboarding & CLM teams, together with ensuring overall delivery of a quality client onboarding experience to all clients.

 

The below tasks further elaborate your key objectives:

 

  • Accountable to ensure a professional, timely, efficient and effective onboarding experience for our clients
  • Primary escalation point for all Onboarding & CLM related matters
  • Evaluation of the Onboarding & CLM process efficiency taking into consideration organizational objectives and application of improvements
  • Relentless focus on KPIs under your remit – including ensuring that clear task allocation; progress reporting and governance adherence is embedded within the team
  • Lead a change agenda to empower the team at all levels to deliver
  • Anticipate, plan and execute on resource needs to support Onboarding & CLM activities
  • Lead high performing teams across Europe, supporting training, development and engagement of employees at all levels
  • Actively role model a high-performance culture with clear accountabilities, driving cross functional collaboration
  • Drive a culture of compliance and risk control through identification and anticipation of potential risks, together with timely escalation and/or resolution.

 

Profile:

  • You have 7-10 years of experience, preferably including Onboarding and/or Client Lifecycle management experience within the financial services industry at a senior level
  • You have a strong technical, compliance & risk background and an understanding of Compliance, AML, & KYC, EU Regulatory frameworks
  • You possess excellent communication, organisational, leadership and staff development skills.
  • You can drive and execute process improvement and change.
