With significant growth and our desire to put information concisely into the hands of those who need it, we must also deliver the capability to use the data from Success Factors and our HR platform for effective workforce planning, HR service delivery, operational dashboards, and leadership insights.
With Success Factors Workforce Analytics, storyboards and other tools available in house, we now seek a dedicated HR Analytics and Insights candidate to build our capability to excel in planning and operational delivery through use of data at our fingertips.

 

The HR Analytics and Insights role


Whilst we have ambition for our data driven organisation the role, reporting to the Director of Reward, Performance & Systems, will start from the baseline in developing and delivering HR Insights for the business. Main responsibilities include:

 

HR Analytics and Insights Strategy

  • Developing the Analytics and Insights Strategy, understanding the requirements and priorities of different user groups; ensuring that the building blocks are in place to deliver clear and consistent data; and preparing the reports, dashboards and information access to meet the business needs.

 

Workforce Planning

  • The priority deliverable in the first instance is a robust workforce planning pack. Initially this will include workforce status, recruitment and retention data. As further modules and data become available for capability, succession, reward, and organisation modelling, the workforce planning insights will increasingly enable process owners, leaders, and the HR Business Partners to take and monitor action for the plan.

 

Integrated Business Planning

  • The role will need to work closely with the analytics teams in Finance and Business Development, aligning with business planning and trends to develop predictive models mapping onto HR workforce plans and requirements.

 

HR Operational Reporting

  • On an operational basis, the role will be responsible for development of reports and dashboards for the HR Process Owners and HRBPs to monitor and manage deliverables for the business.

 

Improving User Experience

  • The role will engage with the HR Technology projects to ensure that reporting requirements can be met from the configurations delivered, and developing user dashboards consistent with the overall design and access to information to continuously improve user experience for employees.

 

To succeed you will need 


Experience

  • Managed and maintained HR analytics and reporting for a significant organisation using a cloud HR system such as Success Factors, Workday,etc.
  • Responsible for HR Analytics and reporting design, ideally with Success Factors.
  • Delivered HR insights using graphics and storyboards with trends and integrating third- party data
  • Worked in a fast paced, high growth environment.
  • Defined requirements directly with senior HR and business leaders.

 

Competencies

  • Sound understanding of workforce planning and operational reporting
  • Able to develop, articulate and engage the senior team in the Insights Strategy
  • Accomplished presenter in person and through reports and dashboards.
  • Able to plan and manage projects, third parties and personal deliverables.
  • Able to engage others and resolve or escalate issues appropriately. 
  • Highly analytical and detail conscious, validating quality of data input and reporting outcomes.
  • Able to understand and articulate requirements, challenge constructively and set clear expectations.

 

Skills

  • Advanced user of reporting tools, ideally including SAP workforce analytics, and the suite of reporting tools available in Success Factors, including Plateau (SQL).
  • Data integration for reporting, able to identify and resolve data issues.
  • Advanced Excel user.
