<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Can you have an immediate impact on bringing top tech talent to a successful, rapidly growing organisation? Will you be able to bring your strategic recruiting experience to this position which will be responsible for hiring across multiple EMEA locations - plus also potentially US and APAC too? As our first specialist IT/Tech Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Alter Domus you will be responsible for partnering with our IT hiring managers to build upon our rapidly growing Tech teams. This role will focus mainly on technical hiring with some potential for corporate function hiring also. This is a permanent role that offers a variety of interesting challenges as we scale. It will suit an experienced recruiter who relishes the opportunity to not only hire, but to build out IT teams and functions also. The successful candidate will provide full-cycle recruiting support including sourcing, identifying, qualifying and closing candidates for all Tech / IT positions.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Trusted Advisor/Subject Matter Expert in Tech/IT Recruitment across EMEA – and ad hoc US and APAC hiring also.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Understands the business, headcount, current and future hiring plans

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Impacts and influences hiring decisions

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Prioritizes vacancies effectively with hiring managers and business leaders

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Coaches hiring managers and coordinates the entire recruitment process.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Runs regular check-ins with hiring managers, keeping them informed of status, openly dialoguing about how to overcome obstacles and partners effectively with all stakeholders. 

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Builds targeted pipelines – creates a sourcing strategy.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">YOUR PROFILE:


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Substantial knowledge and experience within the field of technical talent acquisition with preference given to supporting a high growth, high change environment (ideally a minimum of three years).

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Experience executing all stages of the recruitment process including strategy and target development list creation, identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing.
• Experience placing senior level candidates.
• Technical sourcing expertise, tools and techniques. Creative thinker who is able to successfully target candidates with innovative sourcing strategies.
• Proven ability to attract and hook passive candidates.
• Results-driven, organized professional who effectively manages competing priorities.
• Strong strategic and creative thinker who can implement recruitment strategies into actionable plans and then execute against these.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Comfortable with planning and executing assigned projects within agreed time frames delivering high quality results.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Proficient in working with data, able to derive conclusions.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Have owned complete Talent Acquisition strategies including; diversity initiatives, referral program activities, direct sourcing methods, reporting, employer branding and social media initiatives.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Has a genuine interest in Technology.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• University Talent Acquisition experience across EMEA is a definite plus also.
