In this dynamic role, the candidate will be taking a hands-on approach to steering/coordinating key initiatives within the CLM Team. The focus will span strategic project management, executive support, and a broader scope of responsibilities that transcend the general assistant role.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

  • Strategic Project Oversight:
    • Spearhead and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Proactively identify challenges and bottlenecks in both administrative and project-related tasks, implementing effective solutions to ensure smooth operations
  • Operational Coordination:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
    • Assume a central role in coordinating day-to-day operations to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Fund/Onboarding Insight:
    • Leverage an understanding of funds/onboarding to provide insights on projects to align with CLM team’s goals.
  • Executive Support and Collaboration:
    • Facilitate seamless communication between executive, team members, and external stakeholders – point of contact.
    • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executive, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling communication.
    • Act as a gatekeeper, screening emails to ensure efficient communication flow.
  • Decision Support:
    • Employ creative problem-solving techniques to proactively identify and address challenges
  • Confidentiality:
    • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maintaining a high level of confidentiality

 

Technical skills knowledge:

 

 

  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically and align projects with organizational objectives.
  • Project Leadership: Successful experience in leading and overseeing projects from conception to completion.
  • AML/Fraud/Onboarding/Fund knowledge: Understanding of funds together with CLM teams’ day to day processes.
  • Communication/Presentation Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to convey complex information effectively.
  • Collaborative Approach: Experience in fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, managing both executive support tasks and multifaceted projects, ensuring that details are meticulously handled, and deadlines are met consistently.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Proven ability to adapt seamlessly to changing priorities and thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Multitasking: Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently, ensuring each receives the attention required for successful execution.
  • Proactive Approach: A proactive mindset, anticipating needs and addressing challenges before they become impediments to progress.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of executive support and project management.
  • Time Management: Efficient time management skills, allowing for the prioritization of tasks and adaptation to changing priorities.
