We are currently seeking a new Senior Business Analyst to join our Technology team at our Chicago (IL), Carmel (IN), or Salt Lake City (UT) office. To ensure success as a Senior Business Analyst, you should demonstrate experience and creativity in system development and application design. Outstanding technical business analysts combine their IT expertise with in-depth business knowledge. This is a hybrid position.

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead new business requirements for ongoing improvements to the Agency platform and client portal
• Responsible for supporting new solutions, data analysis, requirements
• Manage special projects and custom solutions for our clients
• Creation of process workflows and data diagrams
• Keep projects on budget and on time
• Present to management and propose solutions
• Apply technology skills to analyze and troubleshoot system issues
• Oversee software testing and user acceptance testing

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or engineering
• 5+ years of technical Business Analyst experience
• Proactive learning style, highly inquisitive and curious attitude, and excellent track-record of solving complex problems with focus and determination
• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Enjoys working with both business and technology professionals
• Highly capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
• Experience acting as a liaison or interface between business users and technology team is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and data integration solutions
• Experience with business intelligence and data analytics a plus
• Advanced Excel skills a plus
• Proficiency in Mandarin language is preferred
