JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a commercially focused Product Marketing Manager to raise the bar for go-to-market campaigns, drive lead acquisition, and run client partnership programs. In partnership with the product strategy team, your objective is to develop and promote our service and technology offerings for both existing and new clients and facilitate the recruitment of clients as part of our technology design and development process. Crucially, your role will be to develop the technology narrative and story and convey this through the development of thought leadership materials, sales collateral and campaigns. This role sits within the Alter Domus Marketing team and reports to the Global Head of Marketing.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Craft a product go-to-market strategy and implementation plan for Alter Domus technology and service capabilities
  • Design marketing campaigns to recruitment clients for technology design sprints
  • Optimise and adapt the go-to-market and client recruitment plans continuously meet KPIs such as web traffic, page views, contact-us submissions, social engagement and client program sign-ups
  • Conduct competitor analysis, identifying market trends, and understanding customer needs to inform product positioning and messaging
  • Strong focus on generating top-of-funnel, inbound leads, nurturing prospects in the pipeline and producing content to drive bottom-of-funnel prospects to convert.
  • Develop compelling sales enablement collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, webinars, and website content.
  • Work with the team to develop and repurpose marketing content using multiple formats (video, blogs, whitepapers) and channels to generate and nurture leads and drive monetisation and retention
  • Produce captivating thought leadership content, based on data and insights from our technology and services, that can be used for both market engagement and PR campaigns
  • Oversee the use of social media and content channels to amplify the content created

 

PROFILE

  • 3 - 4+ years of experience marketing B2B SaaS products in financial services or adjacent sectors.
  • Demonstrable ability to define and develop impactful product campaigns
  • Experience developing client recruitment campaigns and translating the outcomes of design sprints into unique, compelling value propositions
  • Experience in creating and monitoring metrics to demonstrate how content is building awareness and driving revenue objectives.
  • Great storyteller with exceptional writing and communication skills, who can put people and customers at the centre of B2B go-to- market product campaigns in a relatable and engaging way.
  • Deep intellectual curiosity, an open and customer-centric mindset, and a high degree of personal autonomy.
  • Outcomes-oriented mindset with a passion for optimizing performance based on data.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team with many different role types.
  • Experience working with product strategists and developers, and managing third-party writers and designers
  • An understanding of marketing measurement tools, including web analytics and SEO tooling
  • A collaborative mindset, positive attitude and a keen interest in raising the bar
  • Experience with Salesforce, Account Engagement, Monday.com, and Canva a plus

Compensation Range:

$80,000 - $130,000+ annually depending on skills and experience brought to the role
