This is a new Human Resources role that will focus on delivering consistent and high-quality advisory services to employees and managers across the globe. This role will be a Fixed Term Employee contract for 6 months and will be part of a new virtual HR Advisor community who will work closely with our HR Business Partner and HR Operations teams.
This role is based in the United States of America supporting USA colleagues with the opportunity to work on global special projects. The focus of the role will be on supporting the HRBP teams with key HR processes and special projects, Employee Relations and HR Data and Analytics, leveraging technology and best practices. This is an individual contributor role but we envision that you could manage others as we continue to grow. This role is a varied and high-profile position, which will see you involved in a range of responsibilities, including:
RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPPORTING BUSINESS PARTNERING TEAMS
- You will support and document discussions with business leaders about annual and off-cycle compensation processes, calibration sessions and talent development (e.g. succession planning and nine Box)
- You will participate in special projects requested by Business Partners and global Centres of Excellence
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- You will understand and apply local employment laws in assigned countries and partner with in- country HRBPs when appropriate
- You will create employee-related paperwork, such as nonstandard employment contracts and formal notices of termination
- You will perform stay interviews and exit interviews
- You will summarize and analyze exit interviews and surveys for HRBPs
HR DATA AND ANALYSIS
- You will create and run reports from HR systems and provide to HRBPs or leaders
- You will maintain job catalogue for assigned countries/business units
- You will use HR information systems to access, input and compile data
- You will analyze engagement data and prepare briefings and action plans for HRBPs
YOUR PROFILE
- You have 1+ years of experience in a human resources role, preferably with experience in performance management, an employee service centre and/or employee relations
- You have fluent written and spoken American English skills
- You are detailed orientated and can organize your work independently.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and embrace technology solutions and efficient processes
- You enjoy analyzing data and information and communication of complex ideas in a simple easy to understand way
- You have a working knowledge of US employment laws
- You have an interest in working in a fast paced, growing global company
- You enjoy problem solving, collaboration and providing world class customer service to employees, HR colleagues and business leaders
- You are available to meet with our global HR team during reasonable non-core hours at times, when required.
- You will manage highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way

Salary Range: The base salary for this role is $ 65k to $110k annualized. We encourage all candidates to apply and discuss the overall package with the recruitment team.
