Head of Sales, Greater China

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

You will define with the Chief Commercial Officer and actively drive globally the execution of the Sales and Relationship Management (“RM”) Strategy.
You will be involved in large sales opportunities.
You will be accountable for reaching the sales target as defined by GEB every year.
You will identify the appropriate Client Classification (strategic, growth and core clients), allocate the RM team, define the objectives for mainly Strategic and growth clients.
You will launch and execute a cross selling plan to enhance revenue per client.
You will lead (or participate as the case may be) to any Value Creation Plan aiming at developing Sales and revenues.
You will redesign the Sales operations model and sales reporting at group level and revisit the Business acceptance of clients and services within the group, with a first focus on the region regulated businesses.

You will be accountable for ensuring that the Regional Head of Sales and Relationship Management maintains the highest social and environmental responsibility and standards.
