Private Equity Fund Analyst

Location: Carmel, IN (Hybrid)

Alter Domus is currently seeking a new Fund Analyst to join our Private Equity Operations team at our Carmel, IN office (hybrid work from home).


JOB DESCRIPTION (Entry level and new graduates encouraged to apply):

  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external parties to meet deadlines, resolve issues, and build partnerships and relationships
  • Follow policies and procedures to index emails, identify financial data, input relevant data into source system while displaying the highest standards of data integrity.
  • Identify areas for creating additional operational efficiencies and complete special projects as needed
  • Perform heavy data entry using relevant systems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify and report risk issues;
  • Become proficient in the collection process for pertinent fund documents, applicable processes and software platforms;
  • Troubleshoot and triage any bottlenecks in the process of data collection or data entry;
  • Continuously evaluate the current data collection and entry processes, and propose process enhancements to management
  • Assist with training of incoming team members; and
  • Ability to deliver high quality work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to keep customer data confidential and secure while handling documentation digitally


YOUR PROFILE (Entry level and new graduates encouraged to apply):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or Computer Science, preferred but not required;
  • 0-3 years of professional experience
  • Experience using MS Office and Excel;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
