Your role:

 

Alter Domus are looking for a Business Analyst - Client Support to join our growing Solvas Asset Management Team.

 

Your responsibilities:

 

Serve as a subject matter expert for CLO and Solvas Asset Management software (Alter Domus' CLO and syndicated loan platforms), functioning as the primary product ambassador for internal and external stakeholders while modeling CLO deals on Solvas Compliance and Priority of Payment systems.

 

  • Collect, evaluate, and consolidate information from multiple sources including clients and team members to document functional, system, and data requirements, reconciling conflicts and distinguishing defects and enhancement requests throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Oversee client support operations by managing queries, issues, and enhancement requests in compliance with Service Level Agreements, while collaborating with product teams to translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Partner with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams to develop user requirements, estimations, specifications, and presentations, coordinating testing activities and providing guidance for creating comprehensive unit and integrated test cases.
  • Conduct regular development reviews and communicate project status through formal and informal channels, working independently with minimal supervision while proactively managing risks, issues, and demonstrating expertise in quality assurance and software development methodologies.

 

Your profile:

 

  • Minimum of 3+ years in the CLO domain with the ability to interpret legal documents including offering memoranda, indentures, offering circulars, and private placement memoranda, as well as associated compliance test calculations and concentration test limitations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service while maintaining current knowledge of optimal operational practices and emerging technology within the loan market, with a strong emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments while meeting client deadlines, supported by robust organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills with strong problem-solving aptitude, combined with collaborative teamwork abilities and organizational leadership qualities.
  • Familiarity with software development, support, or operations teams is advantageous; experience with financial software platforms such as Solvas Asset Management, IHS Markit (formerly WSO), Allvue Systems (formerly Black Mountain), and Sentry is beneficial; exposure to programming languages such as SQL is a plus—though none are mandatory.
