Alter Domus is currently seeking a new Sales Operations Senior Officer to join its Sales Operations team at our Malta or Vilnius Office.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Work with the global Sales & RM team to provide assistance in the completion of RFPs, proposals and any other material required for a sales pitch
  • Analyse various data sets to determine Lead Generation and Client opportunities to be shared with the Commercial team
  • Centralise general industry, regulatory, macroeconomic and fin-tech surveys that will further support the sales pitch
  • Update and maintain the standard libraries for the sales & RM teams
  • Update and maintain the sales templates
  • Provide coaching and training to new users of the RFP tool whilst also being a support resource for any issues or challenges encountered with the use of the RFP tool
  • Create, maintain and improve RFP material
  • Actively participate in deal reviews

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
  • Knowledge and experience within the alternative industry, the business and service needs of industry participants and an understanding of the global service delivery models with specific reference to alternative vehicles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to foster positive interaction with internal parties;
  • Sales oriented thought process and skills;
  • Strong analytical skills and cross functional knowledge to assess opportunities and implement process improvements;
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced working environment;
  • Familiarity with MS Office programs;
  • Experience with Salesforce;
  • Experience to Power BI and other analytical tools;
