Job Description
As part of the fund administration team your role will include the following responsibilities:

Managing a team of senior officers and officers whilst working closely with them on most aspects of the day to day fund administration business, including valuations, transfer agency, compliance and reporting related to a number of collective investment schemes;

Reviewing the work of and mentoring senior officers and officers whilst liaising with senior managers on issues arising as and when necessary;

Establishing a strong relationship with clients, assisting with day to day requests and respond to their needs;

Identify and provide training on particular aspects of the fund administration business as considered necessary;

Keeping up to date with regulatory developments, alerting management with significant updates that may have an impact on the funds business and services offered.
Your Profile

You are in possession of a university degree in Accountancy (or have completed ACCA) or a university degree in Banking and Finance ;

You have work experience in fund administration in a managerial position for at least three years. Experience in the local market will be considered an asset;

You have good communication and writing skills;

You have strong analytical and problem solving skills;

Happy to work as part of an international team;

Team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude;

A strong interest to learn and develop a strong career in fund administration in Malta and other international offices.
