Job Description

 

  • Preparing and supporting monthly financial reports covering balance sheet, profit and loss and other ad hoc reporting
  • Management of the general ledger including oversight of balance sheet accounts, bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations
  • Preparing and posting entries such as monthly accruals, deferrals and journals
  • Assisting in the preparation of year-end statutory accounts
  • Supporting work with year-end Group financial statement audits
  • Review and provide supporting data for tax return filing
  • Assist the global Group Finance team to manage team absences and peak periods, which may include hands-on support and/or managing additional financial responsibilities

 

Your Profile

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or relevant accounting experience
  • ACCA or equivalent certification would be advantageous (we will support continuation of studies if part-qualified)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French would be an asset, but not essential)
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong motivation to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Possess a flexible and hands-on approach
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines under pressure, while maintaining close attention to details
  • Knowledge in SAP S/4 is an advantage
